Lachs Ragout mit Reis und geröstetem Rosenkohl – Salmon Ragout with Rice and roasted Brussels Sprout

1 Mins read

We love salmon and as a ragout it is so delicious! You can serve it with rice or with mashed potatoes and I have been served it with a Rösti in a restaurant. This dish is cooked very fast, so maybe you should prepare the side dishes first! We enjoyed this salmon very much!

Lachs Ragout mit Reis und geröstetem Rosenkohl

Für 4 Personen:
800 g Lachs ohne Haut
1 Zwiebel, gehackt
30 ml Weisswein
150 g Saure Sahne
Salz und Pfeffer
Etwas Dill
20 g Butter

Für den Rosenkohl:
600 g Rosenkohl
2 Zwiebeln, in feine Scheiben geschnitten
3 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt
20 g Butter
Salz und Pfeffer
Chili Flocken

Den Rosenkohl waschen, dann halbieren. 3-4 Minuten in kochendem, gesalzenem Wasser kochen.
