Chicken Drumsticks braised in Red Wine
Pane-Bistecca
Chicken drumsticks cooked in red wine turn out absolutely delicious. I added some peppers and carrots, herbs and bacon, which gives the whole dish a wonderful flavor.
There are so many ways to cook, season and pair chicken legs with vegetables – it’s incredible. They take on any flavor and turn out juicy and tender or crispy, just as you like.
