Yellow Plum Jam from the SlowCooker

Pane-Bistecca
Again, I cooked jam in my little Slow Cooker; this time a yellow plum jam, it’s so easy and you don’t need to stand in the kitchen for it. You can actually put it all into the Slow cooker and leave. I will never cook jam any other way again! What is easier than put everything into the Slow Cooker, turn the button on and leave it? I can really recommend this method!

I just bought a 5 L Slow Cooker, as the little one is too small for a family. I gave the small one to my daughter, she was happy (actually, she stole it before I came back to Europe :D)
