Beef Wrap with Guacamole – Fake Hamburger
Pane-Bistecca
Another very simple recipe, this beef wrap with guacamole is a simple meal, but it’s actually almost like a hamburger. So, if you are a hamburger lover, give the wrap a try. The wrap is whole grain and has fewer calories and carbs than the hamburger bun.
I always have a problem with the buns when I eat hamburgers. They are often soggy and tasteless. It’s also too much bread, and you usually only eat the bottom part anyway, leaving the rest on the plate. That doesn’t happen with the wrap!
I served it with guacamole and sour cream, because I really like that. Served with some salad, that’s all you need!

Ingredients
1 large wholewheat Wrap
200 g ground Beef
1 Egg
¼ red Capsicum, chopped
2 Garlic cloves, chopped
¼ Bunch Parsley, chopped
1 Handful Cheese, grated
Salt and Pepper
Paprika
Chili to taste
Mozzarella Slices
some Oil
Instructions
1
Step 1
Knead the mince well with the egg, chopped garlic, capsicum, parsley, cheese and spices. Spread this mixture onto the wholewheat wrap and press down firmly.
2
Step 2
Heat a little oil in a shallow pan and place the wrap in it with the meat facing down. Fry well, but make sure that nothing burns.
3
Step 3
After about 5 minutes, carefully turn the wrap over. Fry for a few more minutes. I turned the wrap again so that the meat was well cooked.
4
Step 4
Put the wrap on a plate and place the mozzarella slices on top, then close the wrap, the cheese will melt due to the heat.

Step 5
Make the Guacamole during the cooking. Then serve the wrap with a little salad, guacamole and sour cream.
