Salmon Trout Fillet from the Oven
Pane-Bistecca
I have found a rarity for our latitudes! Salmon trout fillets! I arrived home totally thrilled and thought to myself that I would prepare them with God knows what kind of sauce. But… No! I used it to make salmon trout fillets from the oven! I thought to myself, it’s a shame to cover such a delicacy with a lot of fuss once. The simplest methods are still the best.
So, it went into the oven with a few herbs and lemon slices and was then served with deep-fried beet and green asparagus. It tasted delicious and was so easy to prepare!
Would this be something for Easter?
