Wieder einmal beweist meine Tochter, wie schoen sie Platten mit kaltem Fleisch, Käse und Zutaten richten kann. So eine Vorspeisenplatte – Starters Plate ist echt etwas ganz tolles. Letztes Jahr hat sie bereits eine wunderschoene Charcuterie Platte gemacht und so ist das nun ihr Job. Wir hatten zwei kleine Kinder zu besuch und der Junge ass so viel, dass er ganz auf die Hauptspeise verzichtete.

Once again my daughter had to prove her skills in plating cold cuts, cheese and condiments on a starter plate. Such a plate is perfect, everyone can find something he/she likes. Last year she already showed me how good she does that with this charcuterie plate.  So, now it’s her job to do that. We had visitors with two small kids lately and the little boy ate so much, he could not eat the main dish anymore. 

Vorspeisenplatte - Starters Plate

Man braucht:
verschiedene Fleischsorten, wie Salami, Schinken, Fleischkäse etc.
verschiedene Käse, wie Weichkäse und Hartkäse, Streichkäse sollte in kleinen Schalen serviert werden
Trauben, Weintrauben, Oliven, Kirschtomaten, gekochte Eier, Crackers, Grissini, Nuesse etc
Gurken und Karotten in Stäbchen geschnitten
und vieles mehr.

different Cold Cuts, like Salami, Ham, Bologna etc
different Cheese, like hard cheese, Brie, camembert, Cream Cheese should be served in a small
Grapes, Raisins, Olives, Cherry Tomatoes, cooked Eggs, Crackers, Grissini, Nuts etc
Cucumber and Carrot cut into stripes
and many more things.
