Wildreis mit Bohnen – Wild Rice with Beans

1 Mins read

Today I bring you a vegetarian meal. It is cooked very quickly, and it doesn’t need a lot of preparation. It is perfect for days, when you don’t have time to cook long dinners, or for students and working mothers. I loved it because I think, the crunchy rice fits well with the softness of the beans and the tomato sauce. The addition of mushrooms gives it a wonderful taste. Next time I will add some feta cheese at the end, I think that would be perfect!
