I found those sesame seed cookies on the blog  “Simple. Tasty. Good.” from June Darville. They don’t only look good but also taste fantastic! Soft inside with a nice crust, sesame seeds and a great buttery taste. Just Wonderful!
Thanks June!

Italian Sesame Seed Cookies

Fuer 25-30 Kekse:
300 g Mehl
140 g Butter
140 g Zucker
1 EL Vanillezucker
2 TL Backpulver

For 25-30 Cookies:
300 g Flour
140 g Butter
140 g Sugar
1 tbsp Vanilla Sugar
2 tsp Baking Powder
100 g Sesame Seeds (I mixed 70 g white ones and 30 g black ones)
approx. 100 ml Milk
2 Eggs
1 Pinch of Salt
1 Pinch of Pepper

Melt the butter and let cool slightly. Then mix with the eggs. Mix the dry ingredients and add them to the egg mixture. Quickly knead into a dough. I had to add 15 g of flour, as my dough was far too soft.
Use a teaspoon to measure the sizes and form little balls out of the dough. Dunk them in the milk and then in the mixed sesame seeds. Put them onto a baking tray and bake at 220 C for approx. 12 minutes. Let cool and serve.
