Steak with Vegetables and Kale Chips from the AirFryer
Pane-Bistecca
Steak with vegetables and kale chips from the AirFryer; this dish is perfect for women and men who enjoy a balanced, delicious dinner without having to spend hours in the kitchen.
A steak cooks pretty quickly, and thanks to my wonderful AirFryer, the vegetables were ready at the same time!
The advantage of the AirFryer is that you hardly need any oil, and the vegetables don’t get overcooked. I use it all the time, and I even treated myself to the luxury of bringing a small AirFryer with me to Europe. Chicken wings come out super crispy, chicken drumsticks turn out juicy and delicious, potatoes get crispy, fresh stuffed pasta turns into chips, and so much more! I highly recommend this kitchen appliance!

Ingredients
2 nice Steaks to taste
Salt and Pepper
Rosemary
Paprika
some Cumin
fresh Rosemary
some Olive Oil
some Butter
1 yellow and eine violet Bell Pepper
1 small Zucchini
1 Carrot
1 handful Cherry Tomatoes
2 Garlic cloves
1 Kale
some Olive Oil
Vegetable
Instructions
1
Step 1
Season the steaks well on both sides! Set them aside for a moment.
2
Step 2
Wash the vegetables and cut them into evenly sized pieces. Leave the cherry tomatoes and garlic cloves whole. Place everything in a bowl and marinate with salt, pepper, fresh rosemary, and a little olive oil.
3
Step 3
Tear the kale into small pieces and toss it in a separate bowl with salt and a little olive oil.
4
Step 4
Place the vegetables (except for the kale!) in the AirFryer basket and cook at 180°C for 15 minutes, shaking the basket once or twice.
5
Step 5
Meanwhile, heat a skillet with a little oil and some butter, and turn the steaks every 15–20 seconds. This method seals the pores immediately and cooks the meat very evenly. Continue to cook the meat, turning it occasionally, until it reaches your desired level of doneness. Then let the meat rest briefly.
6
Step 6
Place the cooked vegetables in a bowl and put the kale in the air fryer basket. Cook for 5 minutes at 180°C, then serve everything together.
Notes
Let the meat rest while the kale is cooking—that’s how you keep it juicy! More steak recipes.
