White Chocolate Ice-Cream

Pane-Bistecca
You can also make ice cream without an ice cream maker, such as this white chocolate ice cream. You can use a few tricks to make it very creamy.

Ice cream like this always works! Even after a heavy dinner you can still eat ice cream, it just slips down the throat. White chocolate, I like it, but you can’t just eat it as chocolate, so I turned it into ice cream.

The best way to serve this ice cream is with berries, but you can also use caramel sauce, dark melted chocolate or cooked fruit. I put chocolate chips on mine, in two colors!
