Eggplant au Gratin TM6 Recipe

Pane-Bistecca
Here comes your Auberginoholic again with a suggestion for an eggplant gratin TM6 recipe. Of course you can also cook it all on the stove, but as I already have the TM6, I use it too.

The Thermomix makes my work easier because I don’t have to stand at the stove. Since I’ve had it, I can prepare several dishes in much less time than before. But that doesn’t mean that you have nothing to do, you still have to prepare the food and, above all, be careful, because I’m not yet a professional with it and don’t know my Ramses that well yet. Fortunately, I haven’t had any negative experiences yet.
