Martin’s favorite Salad Dressing

Pane-Bistecca
This is Martin’s favorite salad dressing! He loves anything creamy but with a kick. The more kick the better and the more anchovies the more compliments I get!!

Yes, that’s why I sat down at my TM6 and tried several ways! Of course you can also make the sauce in a blender, that works wonderfully, but I bought the TM6 and want to use it as often as possible. I’ll never give it away again!!!

Ingredients

  • 1 red Onion

  • 4 Garlic cloves

  • 1 can Anchovies (for Martin 2!)

  • 2 tbsp Mustard

  • 100 ml Apple Cider Vinegar (or Aceto Balsamico)

  • 100 ml Broth

  • 200 ml Sunflower Oil

  • 1 tsp Sugar

  • ½ tsp Salt

  • Pepper

  • Chili Flakes

  • 2 tbsp Nature Yogurt

Instructions

1

Step 1

If you make it with a blender, first finely chop the onion and garlic cloves, chop the anchovies and smooth them out on a board so that they are slightly pureed. Then put all the ingredients in a jug and mix well with the blender.
2

Step 2

It’s easier with the TM6: cut the onion into quarters and place in the TM6 jug with the garlic cloves and anchovies. Puree for 5 sec on speed 5.
3

Step 3

Push down with the spatula.
4

Step 4

Add all the other ingredients and mix for 20 sec on speed 4. Done! Pour the salad dressing into a bottle or jar and store in the fridge.

Notes

The sauce can be stored for 2 weeks in the fridge, but in our house it is gone after just 1 week.
Here is another delicious Dressing!
