Vegetable Noodles

Pane-Bistecca
Vegetable noodles are simple and very delicious! I got a vegetable cutter and use it often. It looks very nice when you mix colors and serve it like noodles. I cooked my pasta here with lots of seasoning and lemon juice and served it with grilled meat.

By the way, fish from the oven goes great with it!
