Apple Jam
Pane-Bistecca
I got lots and lots of apples from my sisters garden. This year is a fruit year, the trees are laden and the branches are almost touching the floor with all their fruits. Now it is the owner duty to pluck them. Sadly nowadays it’s not done without pain; we are not 20 anymore. The floor is so far down and the branches so far up! I made Apple Jam with them.
My sister took all the work up with her visiting sister-in-law and her daughter, so I can cook the best apple jam ever. Of course I am excited!!

Step 3
Heat it up slowly. As soon as it boils turn the heat to medium and let cook for 30 minutes, until the apples are soft.

Step 4
Now you can puree them with the blender, I like to blend them but leave some pieces of apple in it.

Step 5
Bring to a boil again and then fill into clean jars. Close them tightly!
