Salmon Patties with Arugula, a simple but delicious recipe. I could eat fish every night, and the same goes for potatoes. Unusually for someone who is half Italian, I don’t particularly like pasta; I loooooove potatoes — I’m very Swiss in that respect!
In this recipe, I combined fish and potatoes to create these salmon patties. A perfect match, I must say!

Ingrecients
400 g fresh Salmon, chopped
200 g mashed Potatoes
30 g Arugula, chopped
2 Spring onion, chopped
Salt and Pepper
Chili
2 Eggs
20 g Breadcrumbs
Oil for frying
Instructions

Step 1
Mix all ingredients well. Form patties from the mixture.

Then fry the patties in hot oil.
Notes
We served them with Mayonnaise. But you can also serve them in buns like fish burgers!Here is another Fish Burger!
