Herb Tagliatelle with Garlic Prawns

Pane-bistecca
I actually almost always make my own pasta now. Especially for visitors! So, I cooked this herb tagliatelle with garlic prawns for friends. They were thrilled!

We were invited to Thailand, friends of ours have a house there and we like to spend a few days with them. So that I can show my gratitude, I always cook a big dinner, things that they would never cook themselves. Last time it was the Loto Risotto, this time I made 3 types of pasta myself and served them with different sauces!
