Andrea’s fine Spaghetti with Bacon and Chicken

My daughter surprised me one day. She cooked a bowl of delicious pasta with a sauce of bacon, chicken, spinach and cheese – Andrea’s delicious spaghetti with bacon and chicken. Although I didn’t have much of an appetite, I scooped it up twice. They were just right for me!

Instructions
350 g Spaghetti
1/2 Onion, chopped
3 Garlic cloves, chopped
2 Handful fresh Spinach
400 g Chicken Breast, sliced
150 g Bacon, chopped
grated Cheese
1 tbsp Olive Oil
150 ml Cream
some Milk
Salt and Pepper
Paprika
Rosemary
Oregano
maybe some Cornstarch

Step 1
Sauté the onion and garlic cloves in the olive oil. Add the chopped bacon and chicken and season well. Fry well, then add the fresh spinach.

Add the cream and cheese and allow to melt. Allow everything to reduce slightly. If the sauce becomes too thick, add a little milk; if it remains too thin, mix in a little cornstarch.

Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to the packet instructions and drain. Mix the spaghetti with the meat sauce and serve hot.
