Chana Dhal Bhajiya

Chana Dhal Bhajiya – Chickpea Dumplings

Pane-Bistecca
Chana Dhal Bhajiya – chickpea dumplings, a very interesting dish from Gujarat! And like many dishes from this part of India, the dish is vegetarian and gluten-free.

These are dumplings that are offered as street food in India, sometimes with chickpeas (chana) and also with lentils (moong) or even with black lentils (urad). They are not difficult to cook, you just have to be patient.
