Quark/Curd Cream with cooked Prunes

Pane-Bistecca
This quark cream with cooked plums is a quick and delicious dessert. I took the recipe from the Betty Bossi Zeitung newspaper.

It’s a great recipe with very little added sugar and lots of delicious plums. The tartness goes so well with the curd. So, if you need a summery, quick dessert, you should give it a try!
