Asian Garlic and Ginger Beef

Pane-Bistecca
Asian garlic and ginger beef is very tasty and quick to cook. If you want it crispy, you can fry the meat in oil first, which is what the Chinese like to do. You can also serve it with Bao Buns in which case the beef becomes the filling. (here is the gluten-free version)

I think quick meat dishes like this are great because you don’t have to spend too long at the stove. But you should have everything ready and not be chopping when you need to cook!
