So, you don’t need any cooking experience to make such a light and delicate appetizer. Just give it a try!

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Feta Cheese

  • 1 Egg

  • 3 tbsp Corn Flour

  • 3 tbsp gluten-free Breadcrumbs

  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds

  • 3 tbsp Oil

Instructions

Step 1

Dry the feta with kitchen paper.

Step 2

Beat the egg in a plate, put the cornmeal in a second plate and put the breadcrumbs mixed with the sesame seeds on a third plate.

Step 3

Now press the feta first in the cornmeal, then in the egg and finally in the breadcrumbs with sesame seeds all around.

Lastly

Heat the oil in a shallow pan and fry the feta until brown on all sides. Serve warm.
