These Ham Pockets are well loved by everyone. They can be processed with the same filling as croissants, Ravioli or rolls, so you have many options there. The important thing is that the filling is well seasoned, then everyone is happy! Play with the puff pastry and the shapes and you have created your own pastry.

Ingredients

  • 1 rolled out rectangular Puff Pastry

  • Filling:

  • 200 g cooked Ham finely chopped

  • 250 g Cream Cheese

  • 1 tsp mixed Herbs

  • ½ tsp ground Garlic

  • ½ tsp Paprika

  • Pepper

  • 1 bunch Basil, chopped

  • 2 Egg Yolks to coat

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the puff pastry into squares of about 6 cm and cut them crosswise into triangles.

Step 2

Mix the ingredients of the filling well together.

Now put a teaspoon of the filling on every second triangle. Place the empty triangle on top and press all the edges together with a fork.

Step 4

Place the triangles on a baking tray lined with baking paper and brush with beaten egg yolk. Bake in the oven at 200 C degrees for 15-20 minutes. Let cool and serve.
