I love this Asian quick fried cauliflower! It is, as the title says, quickly fried, and you can also prepare it well. The ingredients garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil and ginger give it its subtle Asian touch.

Ingredients
1 large Cauliflower, cut into florets
1 red Capsicum
5 Garlic cloves
4 Slices Ginger
5 Spring onion
1 tbs Sesame Oil
4 tbsp Soy Sauce (gluten-free)
Salt and Pepper
Chili to taste

Step 1
Boil the cauliflower florets in salted water for about 5-6 minutes, then let cool.

Chop the capsicum, garlic, ginger, and scallions very finely, I use a hand operated chopper for this. Mix the cauliflower with the chopped vegetables, then add sesame oil and soy sauce and season well. So far everything can be prepared and cooked later.

Heat the oil in a wok and fry everything well.
