Nashi Pear and Pomegranate Salad

Pane-Bistecca
The Nashi pear comes from Japan and Nashi actually means pear, so it is a pear pear! It is very juicy and tastes like a mixture of apple and pear. I like them a lot! I made a very juicy salad with it. Green lettuce, light yellow pear, and red pomegranate seeds, a burst of color. Add a fine ginger honey dressing, a delicious meal!

Deliciously unusual!
