Delicious Chocolate Dices

Pane-Bistecca
If you still quickly need a small gift, and not only for Christmas, this gift also goes on birthdays and other celebrations, then these chocolate cubes are just right! They are made quickly and melt in your mouth! But you must work carefully, turn and stir the chocolate a lot to make it shiny.

I love them!!!

Ingredients

  • 500 g dark Chocolate (I had some white chocolate and mixed it in)

  • 80 g Butter diced

  • 400 ml Condensed milk

  • ½ Bottle Vanilla Extract

Instructions

1

Step 1

Line a rectangular 2-3 cm high baking pan with baking paper.
2

Step 2

Mix the chocolate with the butter and condensed milk and heat slowly. Please do not boil but stir all the time. When everything is melted, mix in the vanilla extract. Now with a rubber scraper, turn and stir the mixture until it is quite thick, it takes a while!
3

Step 3

Then pour into the prepared baking dish, tap it several times on the table to press out air bubbles and then smooth it out. Place in the refrigerator to set.
4

Step 4

Sprinkle with cocoa powder. Then cut the chocolate slab into small cubes and pack in tins or jars. The cubes will keep for about 1 month in the refrigerator.
