Vanilla Ice-Cream with Rum Peaches and Salted Caramel Timut Pepper

(Advertising through product recognition, Cooperation) Who still needs a dessert for the Holidays and does not want to be in the kitchen forever has no problem with the products of Oswald. Their vanilla ice-cream powder is delicious and so easy to us!

The ice-cream is soft and creamy and by adding a few easy ingredients it can be turned into a stunning dessert. I used peaches from the can and cooked them in Rum, then I sprinkled them with the salted caramel Timut pepper. Devine!

Ingredients

  • 100 ml Cream

  • 100 ml Milk

  • 100 g Vanilla Ice-cream Powder from Oswald

  • 1 can halved Peaches

  • 10 g Butter

  • 50 ml Rum

  • Salted Caramel Timut Pepper

Instructions

Step 1

Mix the ice-cream powder with the handheld mixer into the milk whipping cream mixture. Mix until the mixture gets thick. (you can use only whipping cream or even only milk) Put into the freezer for at least 6 hours.

Step 2

Drain the peaches but keep the syrup!

Melt the butter in a flat pan and add the peaches cut side down. Fry for approx. 3 minutes, turn over and fry for another 2 minutes. Turn back onto their cut side. Add the Rum and a little of the syrup. Let reduce a little then add the rest of the syrup. (you can also add more Rum if you like)

Step 4

Put one peach (or 2) into a glass (or to a plate) add some ice-cream, pour a little of the cooked syrup over it and sprinkle with the salted caramel Timut pepper.
