Feigen-Rotwein Konfitüre – Fig and Red Wine Jam

1 Mins read

I was visiting my sister-in-law yesterday and she has a huge fig tree in her garden. The figs are ripe now and so I went home with one kilo of these beautiful fruits. As we had a lot of them fresh from the tree, I thought I would make jam with mine. The jam is very fruity and because of the wine extremely tasty!

Feigen-Rotwein Konfitüre

Fuer 3-4 Gläser:
1 kg Feigen
300 g Gelierzucker
1 Beutel Gelfix 2:1
100 ml Rotwein
