Daraus entstehen dann immer mal wieder ganz neue Dinge.

My daughter found this frittata recipe on the website of the “Wishful Chef”. I have to admit, I seldom cooked a starter so quickly. It is a very easy recipe and tastes very nice! We served them cold with a side of tomato salad and some crackers. It does not always have to be MY recipe, I like to try other bloggers tastes. Sometimes I cook exactly from the recipe, sometimes I just get some inspirations. That’s how some really good food is created.

Fuer 6 Muffins:
4 Eier
2 EL Mascarpone
1/4 TL Salz
Pfeffer
3-4 Scheiben Rohschinken, gehackt

For 6 Muffins:
4 Eggs
2 tbsp Mascarpone
1/4 tsp Salt
Pepper
3-4 Slices Raw Ham, chopped
60 g grated Mozzarella, Fontina, Parmesan (I only had Mozzarella)
1 tbsp Parsley, chopped

Grease a muffin tray. Mix eggs, salt and pepper well. Add the chopped ham, cheese and parsley and beat well.  Fill the muffin tray, each one until almost to the top. Bake in the oven at 180 C for approx. 25 minutes.
You can serve the muffins warm or cold.
