Kaesekuchen mit Himbeeren – Cheesecake with Raspberries

1 Mins read

Einfach wunderbar!

Another delicious cake! I think you noticed that I love raspberries! Sadly they are very expensive in Asia, but sometimes I cannot resist. Sometimes I swap them with strawberries, they are not so expensive. This is a cake with 3 layers, beginning with a simple cake-mix, then a cheesecake filling and topped with raspberries or strawberries. Just delicious!

Fuer eine runde 26er Form:

Fuer den Ruehrkuchen:
150 g Mehl
75 g Zucker
1 Beutel Backpulver
1 Prise Salz
110 g Butter, geschmolzen und leicht ausgekuehlt
2 Eier
1 Zitrone, den Saft
abgeriebene Schahle von 2 Zitronen
1/2 Flaeschchen Vanille-Extrakt
