Auberginen mit Creme Fraiche Dip – Airfryer – Eggplants with Creme Fraiche Dip

1 Mins read

I have already written about my baby the Airfryer in former posts. It is a wonderful little machine in which you can cook so many different things without using so much oil. I am in love with my little baby! I have a big Airfryer at home as I have lots of visitors. But my daughter, who now is living in Europe, also fell in love with my baby. So, I brought her a little one. So, I made eggplants in the Airfryer and served them with a fine dip. It’s very quickly prepared, and so easy!

Fuer 4 Personen:
2 Auberginen
Salz und Pfeffer
Oregano
Rosmarin
Basilikum
Paprika
Knoblauchpulver
etwas Chili Pulver
Olivenoel

Dip:
250 g Creme Fraiche
frischen Schnittlauch, gehackt
Salz und Pfeffer
Paprika
Chili Pulver
getrocknete Petersilie

For 4 Persons:
2 Eggplants
Salt and Pepper
Oregano
Rosemary
Basil
Paprika
Garlic Powder
some Chili Powder
Olive Oil

Dip:
250 g Creme Fraiche
fresh Chives, chopped
Salt and Pepper
Paprika
Chili Powder
dried Parsley

Cut the eggplants lengthwise into halves. Then cut each half into two pieces. With a pointed knife cut crisscross cuts into the meat of the vegetables. Season with all the herbs and sprinkle with olive oil. Put them into the Airfryer and fry on 180 C for 15 minutes. Meanwhile mix all the ingredients for the dip together. Serve the eggplants with the dip!
