Pink-gruener Smoothie – Pink-green Smoothie

Meine Tochter macht oft solche gesunden Getraenke/Speisen (ich setze beide Worte hin, weil so ein gesunder Smoothie eine Mahlzeit erstezt) und deshalb habe ich sie um Tips gebeten, um zu wissen, welche Zutaten wohl am Besten zu meinem Geschmack passen. Heraus kam diese Vitaminbombe in Farbe pink! Nicht jeder Green Smoothie muss auch gruen sein! Schmecken tut dieser pinke Smoothie einfach herrlich! Und das gute daran, er ist in 3 Minuten gemacht.

Actually my daughter is the professional in these healthy smoothies, she makes these drinks/meals all the time. (I put down both, drink and meal because one of those drinks can replace a whole meal) So I asked her for a few tips, to see which ingredients would fit my taste most. The result is a vitamin bomb in pink! Not all healthy smoothies have to be green! This one tastes wonderful refreshing!

Fuer 2-3 Glaeser:
1 Kiwi
1 Apfel
10 Erdbeeren
1 gute handvoll Eisbergsalat
1/4 Bund Petersilie
200 ml frisch gepresster Apfelsaft

Alle Zutaten kleinschneiden, dann in den Blender/Mixer geben, Saft dazu giessen und puerieren. In Glaeser giessen und servieren!

For 2-3 Glasses:
1 Kiwi
1 Apple
10 Strawberries
1 big handful of Iceberg Lettuce
1/4 Bunch Parsley
200 ml freshly made Apple Juice

Cut all ingredients into small pieces, put them into the blender, add the juice and blend smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
