Kleine Thunfisch-Frischkaese Pastetchen – Small Tuna Fish-Cream Cheese Vol-au-Vents

Dies ist ein ganz schnelles Party-Fingerfood. Es gibt ja jetzt fast ueberall kleine Pastetchen fuer Vorspeisen oder Fingerfood. Diese Pastetchen kann man mit allem Moeglichen fuellen. Ich fand welche in einer Fischform, ganz witzig und perfekt fuer eine Fischfuellung. Ich habe eine ganz schnelle Fuellung aus Thunfisch und Frischkaese gemacht, das hat sehr gut gepasst und uns bestens geschmeckt. Auf jeden Fall waren alle ganz schnell weg.

This is a very quickly prepared finger-food for parties. Nowadays you can get small Vol-au Vents almost in every supermarket. I found some in a fish formed Vol-au-Vents, perfect for a fish filling! I filled them with a quick filling of tuna fish and cream cheese, but you can fill them with whatever you like. They tasted so gut, they just disappeared.

Fuer 24 kleine Pastetchen:
24 Pastetchen nach Packungsanweisung aufbacken, auskuehlen lassen.

1 kleine Dose Thunfisch in Wasser
100 g Frischkaese
Pfeffer
Schnittlauch

Den Thunfisch gut abtropfen und mit dem Frischkaese und Pfeffer vermischen. Mit einer Gabel zerdruecken, bis die Mischung fein ist. Entweder mit einem Spritzbeutel oder 2 Teeloeffeln die Fuellung in die Pastetchen fuellen. Den Schnittlauch hacken und darueber streuen. Sofort servieren!

For 24 small Vol-au-Vents:
24 Vol-au-Vent, heat them up in the oven as advised on the packaging and let them cool down again.

1 small can of Tuna in brine
100 g Cream Cheese
Pepper
Chives

Drain the tuna fish well, then mix it with the cream cheese and some pepper. Use a fork to mash it. Fill the Vol-au-Vents with a piping bag or with two teaspoons. Chop the chives and sprinkle them onto them. Serve immediately!
