Mini Apero-Pastetchen mit Guacamole und Raeucherlachs – Mini Apero Vol-Au-Vents with Guacamole and Smoked Salmon

Als mir die Chance gegeben wurde, mein Back-Imperium auf Apero auszuweiten, habe ich sofort zugegriffen. Ungluecklicherweise gab mir meine Mutter die allerkleinsten Dinge zum Arbeiten, winzig kleine Pastetchen.
Trotzdem nahm ich die Challenge an und machte mich ans Werk.
Ich gruebelte, was kann man in solch winzige Bissen fuellen?  Ich hatte sehr viele Ideen, aber waehlte zwei meiner liebsten Zutaten. Ich kombinierte Avocado und Raeucherlachs.

When given the opportunity to expand my cake baking empire into starters I jumped on the opportunity. Unfortunately, my mom gave me the smallest possible ingredient to work with, teeny tiny vol-au-vent. Still, I accepted the challenge and went to work. 
I thought, in such little bites, what could I use? Though I got lots of ideas only one of them was the immediate choice. Two of my favorite foods of all times combined in teeny tiny tarts: Avocado and smoked salmon. 

Fuer 12 Pastetchen:
1 Avocado
1/2 Zitrone, den Saft
1 EL Yogonaise von Thomy (oder Mayonnaise)
Salz und Paprika

Diese Zutaten zusammen mischen und mit dem Fleisch der Avocado zerdruecken. Diese Masse sorgfaeltig mit einem Teeloeffel in die Pastetchen fuellen.

Etwas Raeucherlachs pro Pastetchen
Dill zur Dekortion

Mit etwas Raeucherlachs und frischem Dill dekorieren und sofort servieren.

For 12 Vol-au-Vents:
1 Avocado
1/2 Lemon, the juice
1 tbsp Yogonaise from Thomy (or Mayonnaise)
Salt and Paprika

Mix those ingredients together and mash them with the avocado. Fill this with a teaspoon carefully into the vol-au-vents.

Some smoked salmon per vol-au-vent
Dill for decoration

Decorate with some smoked salmon and fresh dill.
Serve immediately!
