Today I bring you a light and quick shrimp salad. It’s perfect for a starter or even as a full meal. By using Asian seasonings this has a beautiful slightly spicy taste. I believe, everyone loves this dish. This salad is quickly done and you can serve the shrimps warm or cold, just the way you like it!

Als Salat fuer 4 Personen: (oder Vorspeise fuer 8 Personen)
2 Tomaten
500 g Garnelen, geschaehlt und Vene entfernt
2 Fruehlingszwiebeln
1-2 EL Chili-Garlic Sauce von Lee Kum Kee
1 TL Olivenoel
1 TL Sesamoel
Salz und Pfeffer
1 Handvoll Cashew Nuesse
einige Kopfsalat Blaetter
