Portwein Gelee – Port Wine Jelly

1 Mins read

This port wine jelly is not a jam, but actually, I am sure it taste wonderful on a slice of bread. It is meant to be served with some cheese; believe me, you will love it! It fits so perfect!!! This amount fills approx. 4 nice 300 ml jars, so you can always have some at home. It can be stored like jam, up to 1 year. And it is a wonderful gift from the kitchen! Just now, before Christmas I am always happy for a small gift that I made myself. And it can be used for one more purpose… but I will tell you later, be patient!

750 g Zucker
Saft einer Zitrone
2 Orangen halbiert mit Schale
5 schwarze Pfefferkörner
1 TL Koriandersamen
2 Zimtstangen
2 Beutel Pektinpulver
