Pork Neck Roast

Pane-Bistecca
Such a Pork Neck Roast is delicious! When we are only the two of us, it’s a bit too much to make a big roast. That’s what everyone thinks, but why not? You don’t need to make a huge roast, why not buy a smaller piece. And if you still buy a big roast, there are many ways to use the leftovers, like for example my recipe for Carne Tonnata.

I bring you a very simple recipe for a pork roast. On a Sunday you should spoil your family (and yourself!) with something special. My mother used to spend almost all day in the kitchen on a Sunday. But thanks to new technologies and new ideas we don’t have to do this anymore. So, if you have a nice piece of pork roast in the fridge… get cooking!
