Ginger Chicken Thigs with spicy Miso Sauce

Ginger chicken thighs with spicy miso sauce are very simple and delicious! In addition, I serve a miso sauce, nice and spicy because miso gives wonderful flavor! I love it very much and I like to cook with miso.

Ingredients
12 Chicken Thighs/p>
3 tbsp Sake
4 cloves of Garlic, finely chopped 5 cm Ginger, finely chopped
5 cm Ginger, finely chopped
1 tbsp Oil
5 tbsp red Miso
2 tbsp Mirin
1 tbsp Chili Oil not the flakes!
1 tbsp Sriracha

Instructions

Step 1
Using scissors along the cartilage at the top of the chicken thighs, cut through the meat and skin, poking the meat down to create a sort of lollipop.

Step 2
Put this in a freezer bag, add the marinade and seal the bag. Now “knead” the meat so the marinade gets everywhere. Let marinate for 1 hour.

Place the oven rack over a baking sheet and place the marinated chicken legs on it. Roast in the oven at200 C degrees for 20 minutes, then turn the legs and roast again for 20 minutes. The fat will drip down into the baking tray.

Meanwhile mix the ingredients for the sauce and boil briefly to dissolve everything, then let cool slightly. Serve the roasted chicken legs with the sauce.
Ich mag so herzhafte Brote, dein Baguette ist also genau nach meinem Geschmack.

Hier in Asien backen sie meist nur suesse Brote, da muss ich meine deftigen schon selber backen.
