And another plum recipe, this time it’s a plum strudel. I brought strudel dough from Austria, but another time I will make it myself. It’s quite some work. The plums I have marinated in sugar and cinnamon. The strudel has become incredibly good and juicy! Sweet sour fruit on tender dough, a delicacy.

Ingredients
2 strips of Strudel Pastry of approx. 39×36 cm
Melted Butter
1 kg of Plums, cut into small pieces
2 tbsp brown Sugar
1 tbsp Cinnamon

Step 1
Mix the chopped plums with the cinnamon and sugar and let stand for 30 minutes.

Place the first strudel sheet on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, brush with melted butter. Put the second strudel sheet on top. Pour the plums in the center on top.

Fold in both sides about 8 cm, then fold up the bottom dough and fold down the top. Brush the strudel with melted butter and bake in the oven at 200 C degrees for about 30-40 minutes.
