Mit Blauschimmelkaese gefuellte Chiccoreeblaetter – Blue-Cheese filled Chicory Leaves

1 Mins read

And another quick finger-food which tastes extremely good! Chicory is in season during winter and you can actually do more with it than just use it for salad or bake in the oven. It’s perfect to be filled and blue-cheese is a perfect match to its bitter taste. Decorated with a walnut it looks and tastes good. I think, it fits very well to the upcoming festive Season!
