Limoncello – Prosecco Cocktail mit Cointreau

1 Mins read

Just a few days to New Years Eve and you might be looking for the perfect drink? Look no further, here is a beautiful and delicious cocktail!

There are so many ways to mix Prosecco or Champagne!
I prefer Prosecco, as half Italian this is logical, but also because I sometimes think some Champagnes taste bitter.
My daughter’s boyfriend told me once to mix Prosecco with Limoncello.
I also added some Cointreau and so this nice and yummylicious cocktail was created.
Sadly I didn’t have any pomegranate seeds at home, otherwise by adding them there would be some nice color.

Fuer 4 Glaeser:
60 ml Limoncello
30 ml Cointreau
Prosecco
evt Granatapfelkerne

For 4 Glasses:
60 ml Limoncello
30 ml Cointreau
Prosecco
some Pomegranate Seeds

Mix the Limoncello with the Cointreau and pour it into 4 glasses. Fill with Prosecco, add some pomegranate seeds and serve immediately!
