Gebratene Gnocchi mit Auberginen und Spinat

Fried Gnocchi with Eggplant and Spinach

Pane-bistecca
Fried gnocchi with eggplant and spinach is a quick and very simple dish cooked with lots of vegetables. It couldn’t be easier!

Gnocchi can now be bought in supermarkets almost everywhere in the world. They are versatile and can be served in many different ways. They can usually be fried straight from the packet without boiling them first. But be careful, this doesn’t work with dried gnocchi! You can serve them with any morning sauce or cook them directly in the sauce. We like them any way they are prepared. However, if you would like to make them yourself, it is best to take a look at this!
