Lamb Shanks from the Slow Cooker

Pane-Bistecca
You know osso buco from the slow cooker, but do you also know lamb shanks from the slow cooker? Now you can get to know it, I will bring you a simple but very good recipe.

Lamb is often used in India, Australia and New Zealand, but is rarely used in Asia. Northern China has a few recipes for lamb, Thailand hardly uses it, Indonesia makes goat meat kebabs, the Philippines hardly knows it and so the list goes on. I’m not talking about modern restaurants serving imported lamb in an international way, I’m talking about traditions.

So, it’s no exaggeration to say that it’s not easy to get some nice lamb shanks like this. But once they are available, you have to go for it! That’s what I did!
