Ingredients
500 g large Prawns
Pepper
2 cloves of Garlic, chopped
¼ tsp chopped Parsley
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp gluten-free Oyster Sauce
3 tbsp Soja Sauce
2 tbsp Tomato Paste
2 tsp Sugar
50 ml Water
1 tsp Chili Flakes

Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a shallow pan. Add the garlic and fry very briefly, then add the prawns and season with pepper.

Fry briefly on both sides until they change color from grey to pink.

Mix the sauce ingredients well and add. Allow to reduce briefly. Then sprinkle with parsley and serve.
