These red Asian prawns are very quick to cook! All you need is fresh prawns, a little sauce and a hot pan! 8 minutes later they are fresh on the table!

Dishes like this are incredibly good and are a great surprise for guests because you can serve up a delicious plate of prawns so quickly. They were also eaten as quickly as they were cooked.

Ingredients

  • 500 g large Prawns

  • Pepper

  • 2 cloves of Garlic, chopped

  • ¼ tsp chopped Parsley

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

  • Sauce

  • 2 tbsp gluten-free Oyster Sauce

  • 3 tbsp Soja Sauce

  • 2 tbsp Tomato Paste

  • 2 tsp Sugar

  • 50 ml Water

  • 1 tsp Chili Flakes

Instructions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a shallow pan. Add the garlic and fry very briefly, then add the prawns and season with pepper.

Fry briefly on both sides until they change color from grey to pink.

Step 3

Mix the sauce ingredients well and add. Allow to reduce briefly. Then sprinkle with parsley and serve.
