Salmon with Potato-Spaghetti
Pane-Bistecca
For my birthday, I received a machine that can make vegetables into thin spaghetti. But it can do much more than just cut vegetables into thin strands. You can also cut potatoes, or other vegetables into ribbons, or cut very thin sticks. But the first thing I tried was this potato spaghetti. I served it with salmon! Salmon with potato spaghetti, fried crispy and so delicious!
Try it with zucchini or carrots!
