Salmon with Potato-Spaghetti

Pane-Bistecca
For my birthday, I received a machine that can make vegetables into thin spaghetti. But it can do much more than just cut vegetables into thin strands. You can also cut potatoes, or other vegetables into ribbons, or cut very thin sticks. But the first thing I tried was this potato spaghetti. I served it with salmon! Salmon with potato spaghetti, fried crispy and so delicious!

Try it with zucchini or carrots!

  • Salt and Pepper

Peel the potatoes and cut them into long spaghetti with the machine. Dry these with a paper towel. Heat 4 tbsp of sunflower oil in a deep pan and deep-fry the potato spaghetti in it with the garlic and spices.

Tear the kale into smaller pieces and put them in a bowl. Sprinkle with a little salt and mix with the 1 tbsp of oil. Then spread out on a baking tray and fry in the oven at 180 C degrees for about 8-10 minutes to make chips.
