Aperitivo Rosé & Aperol

Aperitivo Rosé & Aperol

Pane-Bistecca
I made the fine Aperitivo Rosé & Aperol from Coconut & Cucumber and enjoyed it very much! Especially on warm summer evenings you want to drink something refreshing and since this Aperitivo contains water, you can also mix it as strong as you like. A win-win on every level! My daughter then had the idea of adding some prosecco and so our evening turned out to be quite a lovely and fun one!

In our group Koch mein Rezept I was given the blog of Ursula, Coconut & Cucumber. And again, as with other blogs, I had a hard time choosing. Recipes like Homemade Mango Vinegar and Südtiroler Wildkräuter Knödel have already caught my eye! But I still needed something for our farewell party because it’s time to fly back home from Europe to Asia. So, I decided to have the aperitivo and it was the perfect choice!

Ursula’s cuisine is uncomplicated, she prefers to shop at the weekly market, there you get beautiful and seasonal vegetables. She loves cooking classes, markets & delis, kitchen parties, traveling, movies, theater, photography, meeting people and riding scooters, that’s why she introduces herself on the blog with a helmet. She is curious about cuisines of foreign countries, but also loves recipes from her mom and friends. Her blog is a real treasure trove!
