Tomatensuppe mit Mozzarella – Tomato Soup with Mozzarella

1 Mins read

Da kocht man gerne damit!

A fine soup is a good thing. I’m not a soup person, but I do like a fine creamy tomato soup. Now the tomatoes are really ripe and you can get the best varieties at the market. It’s a pleasure to cook with them! What I don’t like are bag soups. They are quick to cook, but they don’t really taste like a good soup. In addition, there are colorings, flavor enhancers and much more that you shouldn’t eat. I’d rather stand at the cooker a little longer!

Tomatensuppe mit Mozzarella

Fuer 3 Portionen:
500 g Tomaten
1/2 Zwiebel
4 Knoblauchzehen
Salt und Pfeffer
Chili Flocken
Oregano und Rosmarin
500 ml Wasser
1 Würfel Gemüsebrühe
2 El Tomaten Püree
etwas Olivenöl
1 Mozzarella Kugel

Sofort servieren.
