Panierte Austern Pilze – Pan-fried Oyster Mushrooms

1 Mins read

I always try to cook mushrooms in new ways, stuffed, fried, as caviar, as Filling, as Sauce, in a Risotto, as Souffle, or even as roast powder. This time I breaded the mushrooms. The oyster mushrooms are great for this! Here in Asia these mushrooms are loved!

Of course, you can make this dish with any mushrooms. They get very crispy, but don’t lose any of their flavor at all. I found them a wonderful side dish, but you can also put them over a salad. You can also serve them as finger food, like calamari and chips, with small forks so everyone can grab some.

Panierte Austern Pilze

Es ist ganz einfach!

Ein Pack Austernpilze
1 Ei
Salz und Pfeffer
Paprika
Brotbroesel/Paniermehl

In heissem Oel ausbacken.

Clean the mushrooms carefully, but not under flowing water!
Mix the egg with the seasoning, turn the mushroom in it, then turn them in breadcrumbs.
