2-Ingredients Banana Ice-Cream
Pane-Bistecca
In the Philippines – as more or less in all Asian countries – there are delicious bananas. They are not pasty and not overly sweet.
I love them not yet ripe, when they are still slightly hard. This is something I like best with many fruits, I like half ripe mangos, apples, and prunes, strange but true. And it is the same with bananas! However, if they are ripe, I must find a way to use them as even the smell of ripe fruits is repulsive to my nose. This time I used the ripe bananas and made some ice-cream. I had to use only two ingredients; it is that easy! At the end you have a very creamy beautiful ice-cream!
