Meine Tochter liebt Fisch genauso wie ich, vor allem so ein Fisch mit Knusperkruste. Wir könnten jeden Tag Fisch essen. Es gibt ja so viele Arten, wie man Fisch kochen kann, und so ist dieses Rezept zustande gekommen. Warum nicht den Fisch mit Kräutern und Knoblauch überbacken? Gesagt, getan! Er wurde sehr knusprig und gut und ist zudem Glutenfrei!

My daughter loves fish as much as I do. We could eat it every day! There are so many different ways to cook fish, and that’s how this recipe came to be. I thought, why not bake the fish with a crust of herbs and garlic. And I did that! It was very crunchy and delicious!

Fisch mit Knusperkruste

Für 4 Personen:
Ca 800 g Fischfilets, wie Zander, Goldbutt etc.
1 Zitrone, den Saft
Salz und Pfeffer

Für die Kruste:
40 g Mais für Polenta
80 g geriebener Parmesan oder Gouda
2 Knoblauchzehen, gerieben
Die abgeriebene Schale der ob genannten Zitrone
½ Bund Petersilie, gehackt
¼ Bund Dill, gehackt
80 g Butter, flüssig
Salz und Pfeffer
Chili Pulver

Die Zutaten für die Kruste gut zusammen mischen.
Die Fische in einer gefetteten Ofenform auslegen und mit dem Zitronensaft begiessen, mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen. Nun die Krusten Masse darauf streichen. Im Ofen bei 200 C Grad 10-15 Minuten überbacken. Mit Zitronenschnitzen und Kartoffeln oder nur Gemüse servieren. Da ich immer nach speziellen Sachen Ausschau halte, habe ich meinen Fisch mit Blattspinat mit Knoblauch und mit rotem Vollkornreis aus Italien serviert.

For 4 Persons:
Approx. 800 g Fish fillets, like Zander, Plaice etc.
1 Lemon, the Juice
Salt and Pepper

For the Crust:
40 g corn for Polenta/Grits
80 g grated Parmesan or Gouda
2 cloves of Garlic, grated
Zest of the Lemon above
½ Bunch Parsley, chopped
¼ Bunch Dill, chopped
80 g Butter, melted
Salt and Pepper
Chili Powder

Mix the ingredients for the crust well together.
Lay the fish fillets into a greased oven proof dish and sprinkle with the lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Now spread the crust on top of them. Bake in the oven at 200 C for 10-15 Minutes. Serve with lemon slices and potatoes. As I am always looking for new things, I served mine with spinach cooked with garlic and with red whole-wheat rice from Italy.
